Charbonniere is a sleepy hamlet with friendly French neighbours. The nearest town is Gorron, a typical French market town only 3.8kms away with shops, supermarket, cafes and restaurants. There is a weekly market on Wednesdays and just 35 mins away is St Hilaire du Harcuet with the largest market in the region every Wednesday. The area is rural and quiet. The accommodation is simple but comfortably furnished giving the cottage traditional and authentic French feel. An entrance hall leading to downstairs shower room and toilet, with door to an open-plan living/dining area with comfortable chairs and a sofa and a well equipped kitchen. French windows lead out to a large patio and a garden to the rear with mature shrubs and trees. Upstairs is one large bedroom.

All bedlinen provided, duvets, pillows, linen and towels. Cleaning can be provided at 30 euros. |

Booking notes
A deposit of 20% is required to secure your reservation. The deposit is not refundable. Payment and deposits will be accepted in Euros to be paid to our bank account. The damage deposit is paid with the final payment 8 weeks before arrival. It is used to cover the cost of any damage, breakage, poor cleanliness etc. The cottage is to be left in a clean and tidy condition on departure. Cancellation of the booking by the holidaymaker should be made in writing.
