Spacious and airy providing very comfortable accommodation for the larger family group. Just south of Civray around 1.5km from Civray town centre. Within 20 minutes walk of the market on a Tuesday or Friday and within easy reach of shops, restaurants and bars. Easy access to Poitiers, Angouleme, Limoges and the coast at La Rochelle or Ile de Re.

Accessibility
One bedroom with en-suite has been provided on the ground floor for people with limited mobility. The entrance door to this room has a minimum width of 70cm.
Outside
Private garden, wooden garden table and 8 wooden chairs with sun umbrella, BBQ, sunbeds and sun chairs, garden swing. There is a 12 x 6m fully tiled, shared and heated swimming pool with Roman steps. The pool is flat bottomed and about 1.5m deep throughout its length. The pool is heated with a 21kw heat pump which maintains the water at a very pleasant temperature of around 27 deg. We have an auto chlorinator/salt system which provides the perfect chlorine balance without stinging the eyes. There is a series of alarms around the pool to help provide a safe environment for younger visitors.
Coast/Beach
2 hour drive to La Rochelle.
Golf
Golf is available at Jarnac (near Cognac), Saint Cyr (Poitiers) Manoir de Beauvoir (Poitiers) and Les Forges. All courses are open to the public and all are around an hour's drive.
