The apartment is immaculate and finished to a very high standard and has all the mod cons you would expect to find in your own home. Conveniently located just 15 mins drive from Nice Airport, 10 mins from nearest pebble beach in Antibes and 15 mins from a sandy beach. 15 mins drive from Cannes, and two mins drive/15 mins walk from the picturesque market village of Biot famous for its glass museums, beautiful restaurants, 15th Century church and village square.

Changeover day
Saturday is our regular changeover day but we can be flexible, particularly in the non-peak periods. In general we work around 10am departure and 3pm arrival but we always try to be accommodating.

Kitchen: Cooker, hob, fridge, freezer, drinks fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, dryer, microwave, toaster, kettle. Place settings and glasses for 8 people.
Living Rooms: The lounge/dining room is furnished with 2 x leather sofabeds, marble coffee table, occasional tables, marble dining table which seats 6, sideboard unit, standard lamps, IPod, TV with English Sky freeview, DVD, internet connection. Two large patio doors.
Other: The bedrooms are tastefully furnished with excellent quality bedding and coordinating towels. Both have full length doors leading onto the terraces and garden and have the benefit of air conditioning, a must during the summer months, lots of storage space
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
The bedding/towelsre are provided for your use during your stay for a nominal charge of £100. Midweek clean/bedding and towel change is available on request for £50. The apartment will be cleaned for your arrival and departure inclusive charge of £75.

Accessibility
The property is conveniently situated on the ground floor and is very suitable for young children. It also provides easy access for people with disabilities. The property has underground parking with lift access directly into the apartment block.

Outside
The property has the benefit of two large terraces with gardens leading off. Outside dining furniture is provided to seat 6, with parasol, outside patio heater and outside comfortable sofas and coffee table. The garden gate leads out into beautifully manicured gardens, originally belonging to the French chateau facing the apartment. The communal 10m round swimming pool is directly opposite and is in the centre of the complex, a very short distance away. There is also a separate shallow children's swimming pool. The pool house has wc and changing facilities and also a fully equipped gym which is provided for guests and residents of La Closerie.

Coast/Beach
The beaches are a short drive away, the nearest being the Antibes, 10 minutes away or a little further will take you to Juan Les Pins, a particularly lovely coastline and great day out, (15 mins drive). The luxurious Croisette in Cannes is 15 minutes driv, and St Tropez is an 1 hour's drive or you can take a boat from Juan Les Pins or Cannes.

Golf
The French Riviera has many fabulous golf courses, two of which are 5 minutes drive, Biot Golf Course and St Phillipe.

Skiing
The property has the benefit of skiing in the winter months, Isola is just over an hour's drive away.

Special interest holidays
The property has many board games which are provided for you use during your stay.

Travel
Nice Airport is conveniently situated 15 minutes drive from the apartment. The car hire depots are all positioned together at Terminal 2, easy to find.

Distances
For a family, you will enjoy the area around Marineland (5 minutes drive), the second most popular theme park in France.
There are many picturesque medieval villages to visit during your stay, the ones locally (and should not be missed) are of course Biot, Mougin, St Paul de Vence, Valbonne and our favourite is Eze all max 30 minutes or less in the car from apartment. Further afield is Monaco - 1 hour away, Glitzy Cannes 15 mins, St Tropez 1 hour in car or less by boat.

Further details
Good food and wine are always very enjoyable and there are many, many fine restaurants around the region. We are more than happy to recommend some of our favourites and have left a number of business cards of local restaurants in order for you to pre-book as they become busy during peak season. Biot has many excellent restaurants both in the square and surrounding streets which offer local cuisine and perfect ambiance, both during the day and evening.

A 25% deposit will be required to secure your booking and remaining balance to be paid 1 month before your holiday. A security deposit of £500 per week £250 for weeks thereafter will be taken by cheque (not banked) unless damaged is caused during your stay.
