This spacious apartment has a south facing living room with balcony overlooking a courtyard garden with lemon and orange trees and north facing bedroom so there is a lovely through breeze during the summer months. It has a kitchen that comes fully equipped with everything you need for your stay and a very large slightly ‘indulgent’ bathroom with separate WC. The all important patisserie, shops, restaurants, museums, art galleries, banks, money exchange and supermarkets are a short stroll from the apartment. The airport bus is a five minute walk from the apartment and the main railway station is a 10 minute walk if your feeling adventurous and want to explore the beauty of the Cote d’Azur. If not, head to the beach and enjoy the sun.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week/per night in UK Pounds and are based on 2 people sharing (there is an additional charge for a 3rd person). A one-off cleaning fee of 60 euros must be left in cash in the apartment upon your departure.
Changeover day
We will be as flexible as possible with arrival and departure times, and will try to fit in with your travel arrangements. However, in high season, the arrival and departure times may be restricted to accommodate same-day arriving or departing guests.

The flat is completely serviced at the start of the visit, and bath towels, bedlinen and beach towels are supplied. The apartment is cleaned before and after use. An English-speaking emergency key-holding service is available. |

Accessibility
The apartment is on the 1st floor and while the staircase is not steep, elderly or infirm guests may struggle.
Coast/Beach
The popular beach front of Nice is 5 minutes walk from the apartment.
Travel
Nice has excellent transport links which are very good value for money, 1 euro each way for a bus journey and 4 euros for an all day travel card. Nice airport is located a short 20 minute bus journey from the apartment and the airport bus stop, number 98, is a 5 minute walk from the apartment.
Distances
Nice Central Railway Station is a 10 minute walk with regular trains eastbound to Villefranche-sur-Mer (17 mins), Monaco (25 mins), Menton (37 mins), and Ventimiligia (52 mins) and westbound Cagnes-sur-Mer (17 mins), Antibes (29 mins), Juan-les-Pins (32 mins), Cannes (40 mins) and Grasse (1 hour 9 mins). In addition, Nice has a working port with regular ferries to Corsica and Sardinia.
Booking notes
A 30% non-refundable deposit will hold the apartment. Balance is due 8 weeks before travelling. We also ask for a key/security returnable deposit of £50. Payment can be made by cheque. A booking form and booking terms and conditions will be supplied with the enquiry response but it is suggested that you take out insurance as cover in the event of a possible cancellation. Keys and instruct will be sent out 1 week prior to departure.
