Modern comprehensively equipped kitchen, adjoining dining room with original beams, fireplace with wood-burner and large dining table seating 8 comfortably (additional dining table and chairs in the lounge seating 4) and access to covered terrace overlooking the swimming pool and countryside. Large concreted barn with resident barn owl. Table tennis, 4 bicycles and pool equipment for your enjoyment. 3 bedrooms, two twin bedded and one large family room with 5ft bed and 2 singles with pull out beds under if needed. Terrace for alfresco dining and enjoying that glass of wine, relaxing with a book watching the family enjoy themselves around the private pool.

| Utility Room: | The Barn is enormous and concreted allowing it to be used for activities when its too hot outside or after dark. There is a table tennis table for gusts to enjoy as long as a selection of outdoor toys and activities. There are 4 bicycles. |
| Living Rooms: | Large spacious lounge, comfy sofas and chairs. DVD with selection of dvd's as well as videos for children. Selection of board games. |

House is cleaned prior to your arrival. Our care takers will show you the property upon your arrival. Linen is provided as are towels and pool towels too. |

Outside
The garden is large and landscaped with beautiful south and westerly views. The sun terrace is bathed in all day sun and looks over both the 8x4m pool(with safety cover) and the magnificent country side. A BBQ is available to use.
Coast/Beach
The coast is a 2 hour drive away but there are numerous lakes with beaches with 10-20 minutes drive.
Golf
There is a beautiful golf course near Limoges approximately 30 minutes drive away.
Travel
The nearest airport is Limoges and is approximately 30-40 minutes drive. The airport is serviced by Flybe and Ryanair.
Distances
The nearest village is Oradour sur Vayre which is about 3 miles away. The other nearby town is Rochechouart which is 5 miles away and a popular tourist location. There are numerous nearby towns and village that have festivals in the summer so you are never far from authentic French culture!
Further details
Local amenities are all a short drive (or bike-ride) away. The local area is renowned for its beauty and un-spoilt nature. There is canoeing, cycling, fishing, horse riding, velo-rail (pedal cars on old rail-way lines) as well as an abundance of charming restaurants etc to entice you. We are on the doorstep of the Dordogne and cognac; both can be enjoyed within a drive of an hour or so.

Bookings are confirmed on receipt of a 25% deposit and receipt of a completed booking form available on our web site (see link below). Full payment is to be paid with in 8 weeks of date of holiday as well as a refundable £250 bond.
