The Old Barn known as Barn Close was converted to a high standard last year with chestnut flooring throughout the ground floor. The building has been well insulated and has gas central heating making it suitable for year round letting. The rooms are all light and airy with wheelchair access. The grounds are spacious and have magnificent views over the surrounding countryside. Direct access through the back gate leads into the forest for splendid walks. There is ample car paring for several cars.

| Utility Room: | The shared utility room with Le Verger has washing machine and dryer. Outside is a rotary dryer for those hot sunny days. |

Bedlinen, towels and pool towels are included. The apartment is thoroughly cleaned and all linen changed after each letting. Welcome Pack supplied for your arrival. |
