This traditional 17th century Gascon farmhouse and adjacent fully renovated barn offer flexible accommodation for up to 20 guests. Ideal for two to three families. Set in a peaceful location with beautiful views, yet still close to several historic market towns with great restaurants and shops. Both properties have been sympathetically restored and retain many original features, although adjacent, each property has its own privacy and uninterrupted views over the Gers. The private pool (12m x 6m) is situated in front of a large open fronted barn (8m x 15m). This has been arranged as an outdoor living area. Clad in the original farm implements, it has a dinning table, barbeque and table tennis. The charming village of St Clar (3km) is a delight, providing everyday provision and also having a weekly market.

Notes on accommodation
The accommodation is extremely spacious and is suitable for large family groups. There is ample space to get together, but at the same time there are plenty of areas both inside and out for those seeking peace and quiet to read their favourite book. Both houses are centrally heated and have log burning fires which make the accommodation cosy throughout the year.

Accessibility
Due to the number of steps traditional staircase and uneven pathways neither property is suitable from wheelchair access.

Outside
Spacious well kept gardens surround both properties. There are 5 separate terraces/seating areas. The open barn can comfortably accommodate the whole party either for al fresco dinning (barbecue provided) or for lounging in front of the pool. The pool is 12m x 6m with a depth varying from 1m to 2.3m. there is a safety ledge at the metre level around the deep end. A basketball net and table tennis table are provided for those feeling energetic.

Coast/Beach
Atlantic and Mediterranean coasts are 2 hours drive away.

Golf
Golf in Fleurance, 15 mins away.
Fishing, boating riding all nearby.

Travel
The nearest airport is Toulouse, 50 mins drive. Bordeaux is a 90 mins drive. Car hire is essential. To drive from Calais takes approximately 12 hours.

Distances
St Clar 3km is a five minute drive ideal for the everyday essentials, Auch 33km, Lectoure 16km, Fleurance 15km.
