Spacious accommodation with good quality facilities. Kitchen with oak dresser, table and chairs, large fridge, 2 sinks, bottle gas(included) cooker with ample rings and oven. Microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker etc. Lounge off terrace, TV for DVD, video access, comfy sofa bed (sprung), coffee table, lamps etc. Large bedroom with king size bed and good quality bedding/duvet, 2 bedside tables with drawers/cupboard. large sink, wardrobe and 2 dressing tables. Iron and board. Cot & high chair available. View from bedroom across gardens to pool. Shower room off terrace includes shower with support rail, toilet and wash basin. All linen and towels (fresh linen at end of first week (2 week booking) or when requested inc. washing done by request at no extra cost. Welcome breakfast pack and bottle of wine. Electric heating inc for cooler months. All floors traditionally tiled. |

Accessibility
La Petite Tour has small step up to ground floor accommodation, access through large French doors make it possible for easy wheelchair access.
Outside
La Petite Tour: Ample patio furniture including relaxers and chairs, plastic for pool (10x5m) area and wooden for dining area. 2 tables (wooden for dining and plastic medium for pool area). Pools are alarmed with regulation alarms and full instructions are given and listed at the properties. Each pool has a shallow end and steps for access, tiled surround. Large grass areas for ball games away from pool and property.
Le Petit Garem:Private terrace with blinds for extra privacy, shared pool (12x5m) with owner's family only. Separate loungers/cushions for gite guests.
Coast/Beach
Archaechon on the Atlantic coast approx 2.5hrs. There are lakes in the region with outdoor activities such as canoeing etc.
Golf
Perigueux 20km 18 hole, practise ranges, lessons, open to all, details in accommodation brochure.
Travel
Limoges and Bergerac airport 1¼ hour approx. Bordeaux approx 2hrs. A car is necessary and car hire is available from each airport. Calais 500 miles.
Distances
Eyvirat village 1.5km. Agonac 8km. Brantome 11km. Perigueux 20km.
Further details
Brantome has many good restaurants, bars and cafes, miniature museum, traditional fetes, events and fairs throughout the season. It is famous for its Abbey and is nicknamed 'Little Venice' as it is surrounded by water.
There are many caves in the region which are open to the public, details in the brochure. Perigueux is the capital of the Dordogne and has the oldest museum of prehistory, cobbled streets, many shops, restaurants, bars etc.
Sarlat on the Dordogne river is approx 1 hour drive. Very picturesque. Owners will book restaurants if required.
