Our stunning, contemporary designed Provencal villa offers incredible views, state of the art facilities including UK Sky & Digital Satellite TV, Air Conditioning, huge Ozone Swimming Pool, WiFi thru out. The villa is set within a safe and peaceful location with a full time butler and/or house keeper if required, overlooking the Alps Maritimes within 5 mins drive of the nearest beaches, restaurants, shops and the famous Mandelieu Golf Course. Cannes is approx 15 mins drive as is Nice Airport and other famous villages. The finest beaches & restaurants on the Cote d'Azure are literally 5 mins away with hill top villages and lakes no more than 10 mins drive. All of the bedrooms feature contemporary ensuite bathrooms, air conditioning, stunning fittings & instant hot water and the sitting room offers a comprehensive DVD & CD library. Notes on accommodation
No pets please without the express permisson of the owner and smoking is not permitted inside the villa. Electric gates, security system and entry phone create a very safe and secure environment particularly for young children. We have extensively renovated and modernised this peaceful and secluded property to an exceptionally high standard. The mature gardens & terraces are all self watering and are a delight to the eye with plenty of shady spots in the summer sun. There are hammocks under the trees with exceptional views of the mountains and sea from all areas of the property and swimming pool.

The property is suitable for anyone with mobilty problems.
Outside
The villa is set within wonderfully designed landscaped gardens featuring many trees, exotic plants and rolling lawns. The swimming pool is a large, private ozone pool and features a child proof alarm sytem. There are 12 sun loungers, tables and chairs & masses of terrace space to lie in the shade or take the sun. A BBQ is available along with play area for children. There are wonderful local walks from the villa along with tennis, horse riding and beaches all with in a 5 to 10 minute walk and direct access onto the golf course situated within a 2 minute walk from the villa.
Coast/Beach
Local beaches are approx 5 mins by car or approx 10 to 15 mins by foot.
Golf
There is the famous Mandelieu golf club 5 mins away, local tennis courts and a superb gym all within 10 minutes drive.
Skiing
Skiing is approx 45 mins to 1.5 hours drive away at Isola amd other famous ski slopes.
Special interest holidays
We offer cookery classes, painting and drawing classes, walking weekends, Yoga and Tai Chi, massage and reflexology during the off peak season for groups of 6 to 10. There are many beautiful and famous hilltop villages and towns all within easy reach e.g. Tourrettes, Eze, Cagnes sur Mer, Villeneuve Loubet, Grasse, Mougins, Biot, Vence, St Jean Cap Ferrat, Antibes, Villefranche, Opio, Valbonne, Juan les Pins, Cannes, Nice, Monte Carlo/Monaco etc.
Travel
Nice airport is approx 25 - 30 mins drive away. The local train station is approx 5 mins away by car at LaNapoule and Cannes 15 mins. The villa is very easy to access off the A8 and is ideal for any one who wishes to get quick access to the airport and/or other local attractions.
