This wonderful property sits in the hills facing south. It offers you glorious views towards St. Cezaire as well as the Mediterranean. Cannes is 20 min. Nice 30 min. drive. On the ground floor you find a living room with fireplace, diningroom, in between these two a kitchen with a lovely view over the hills. A bedroom with ensuite a bathroom. A summer living area. Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as a study. Next to the 2 car garage there is a small apartment with 1 living room, bedroom and bathroom. The pool has sun all day and also enjoys stunning views.

Coast/Beach
The closest beaches are Cannes, Juan Les Pins, Antibes, Biot (all about 20 to 30 min drive).
Golf
There are 5 or 6 great golf course within 20 to 30 minutes. Grasse, St Donat, Begude, Royal Mougins, Biot etc.
Skiing
The house is about 30 min drive from the ski resort Greolieres and 1.5 hours from Isola 2000.
Special interest holidays
St Cezaire is a beautiful village where many A list celebreties come to for peace and quiet. There is a wonderful market on Sat and Tuesday. Places to visit include the point de vue in St Cezaire, the caves (grottes), and you should try and take a walk to the river Siagne. There are 4 or 5 lovely villages within 5 to 10 km..including Grasse, the center of perfume. The Lac de St Cassien offers a nice day out on the water. You can rent canoes and enjoy the acro-branch adventure park.
Travel
Nice is the closest airport and is about a 30 to 40 min drive.
Distances
There are several charimg villages with Provecaal markets within 5 to 10 min of St Cezaire (Speracedes, Le Tignet, St Vallier, Cabris). In addition Grasse the center of perfume is 15 min from St Cezaire.
Further details
The village is wonderful in the summer months..offering a few local Provencaal restaurants, several bakeries, a small supermarket and a bank. There are many beautiful hiking possibilities and not to be missed is the walk down to the Siagne.
