The house is well equipped with TV (English channels), stereo, games, swings, etc. This is an ideal location for a anyone wanting a quiet location but with many attractions nearby. These include, Honfleur, the Normandy Beaches, D-Day sites, Rouen, Paris, Monet's Garden and many historic abbeys and places of interest.

One acre garden, mostly laid to lawn. Apple trees line the drive to the house. Veranda to laze under and watch the village world go by. Lovely view from front of house.

Normandy beaches start 25 min drive away. Miles of smooth, clean sand and friendly seaside towns such as Deauville and Trouville. Normandy D-Day beaches along same coastline.
Travel
Nearest airports Deauville and Caen. Driving time from Le Havre 35 minutes. Driving time from Calais 3 hours. From Boulogne 2.75 hours. Car recommended.
Distances
Caen and Rouen 1 hour. Honfleur 25 minutes. Paris 2.5 hours. Monet's Garden 1.25 hours. Disney Paris 2 hours.

Excellent range of friendly village shops, particularly wonderful patisserie and butcher. Stylish restaurant and two bars in the village. Nearest supermarket 3 miles. Excellent restaurants in nearby towns.
