There is a large private terrace with beautiful views over Cannes. The terrace can be accessed from the living room and Bedroom 2 and benefits from outdoor lighting so it can be enjoyed of an evening. Outside furniture provided includes 4 sun-loungers, 2 small tables, large dining table and 6 chairs.
Guests have access to a well maintained communal pool which never gets too crowded as most owners are permanent residents. It is fenced so that young children can't enter alone.

The apartment is within 15 minutes walk to Palais des Festival and the Casinos, and there are also Sailing Schools along the front.

Prices stated are in euros. Sterling payments are also accepted. 25% deposit is due at time of booking. Balance is due 8 weeks before arrival. 300 euros damage deposit payable with total balance (refundable on departure). Prices include sheets, pillows and towels (beach towels not included). Cleaning Charge 150 euros. High occupancy Supplement of 10% is due for parties of 6 guests or more (includes infants). Festival bookings require full payment upon booking.
