A charming renovated medieval house only 3 mins to the centre of the village on one of the delightful narrow walking streets where lovely little cafes and handicraft shops abound. If you are looking for total relaxation, sit out on one of the 2 terraces to enjoy a view of the beautiful valley while you take advantage of the built-in BBQ. Roussillon is famous for its magnificent red cliffs and ochre quarries. The red, gold and brown shades of the earth form a striking contrast to the lush pine trees and vivid blue of the Provencial skies. A very popular tourist attraction year round. Surrounded by vineyards, hills and heritage villages, there is no shortage of paces to visit and explore. The town of Apt is a 10 mins drive which hosts a lively Saturday market. Artisans, farmers and market gardeners set up their colourful stalls with all kinds of Provencal delicacies to tempt you and jazz musicians and street performers provide ample entertainment.
