Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in euros.
Cost of sheets if required - 45 euros for double packs and 30 euros for single. 60 euros for privated parking space per week. Tax - 1 euro per adult per day. Final cleaning cost of 80 euros in addition.
Special price reduction for 2 weeks or more except July and August.
Changeover day
Changeover is generally on Saturday when you would be met by our assistant. Arrival times from 2-7pm unless otherwise arranged. Departure times from 9.30 to 10.30 am.

10 minutes walk to the beach and Fontanne shops, 1,5 km from the harbour of Antibes. 15 min walk or 5 min by car to the fabulous beaches and restaurants of Juan les Pins.

Train - TGV from Paris 1km from the railway station of Antibes.
Nice airport 20 minutes by car. 14km from the airport. Taxi around 50-60 euros from the airport.
Distances
3 minutes to Antibes old city and Fort Carré by car. 6 minutes from Cap Antibes. 10 minutes to Cannes by car or 5 minutes by train from the railway station. 45 minutes to Menton by car or 15 minutes by train from the railway station. 35 minutes to Monte Carlo by car.
