Notes on accommodation
This house has been newly converted from a farm which was belonged to the family for many years. The interior has been designed to architectural standards and is beautifully proportioned with enormous volume, natural materials and sensitive use of original features. It is confortably furnished. The gardens have not yet been landscaped, and this is reflected in the price. The house is in a private cul-de-sac, in the heart of the ancient village.

Outside
2 wild gardens 1000 sq.meters, with old trees. One is south oriented with terrace 8m x 4m, equipped with white stone made BBQ, table and chairs. Bed chairs. One shade tree, essential in summer, protects the terrace.
Coast/Beach
Meschers, St Georges de Didonne, Royan are the neareast beaches with very large sand area (20/25km 1/2 hour driving). These beaches are suitable for young chidren (the sea is very calm). Other beaches North of Royan are more suitable for older children who like stronger waves.

2 golf courses at Royan and Saintes.

Booking notes
A non-returnable deposit of 20% is required on confirmation, the balance to be paid 6 weeks the letting begins. The letting fees include electricity. A breakage deposit of 200 euros is required with the balance, it is normally returned to the guest at the end of the holiday less the cost of any breakages and/or cleaning.
Additional charge for linen and towels: 40 euros.
