Les Moulieres is a spacious property, offering modern comforts in a traditionally built home. Located in 15 acres of Provencal countryside, which borders a river, the house is very private without being isolated. Adjoining it is a large covered terrace for alfresco dining, overlooking the private 10x5m swimming pool. The interior of the main house boasts a very comfortable and expansive living/dining area with an open fireplace. Also on the ground floor are a well-equipped kitchen and pantry, as well as a double bedroom (2 twin beds) with an en-suite bathroom (bath and WC). Upstairs is a second double bedroom, also with its own bathroom (shower and WC). The guesthouse, a third double bedroom, is located across the pool, approx 50m from the main house, and has a kitchen, bedroom/sitting room and bathroom (shower and WC). This property is within 10 minutes from Entrecasteaux, with its magnificent chateau and 20 minutes from Salernes, which hosts a wonderful Sunday market.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in euros. Linens/towels and cleaning charges included in rental rates. Stays of 2 weeks + have a mid-stay clean. Euro 300 refundable security/damage deposit required upon arrival. Long term and off-season rates available on request.
Changeover day
Rentals are form Saturday to Saturday. Arrival time is from 4pm with departure by 10am.

All towels an linens are included. For stays of 2 weeks or longer there is an interim cleaning of the property and bed linen change included. |

Outside
The property has a private 10x5m swimming pool, bordered by a large covered terrace used for lounging or al fresco dining. There is adequate pool furniture for a party of 6. The rest of the grounds are 'sauvage' provence, with all of the local plants and trees growing in abundance. You will find rosemary, thyme, lavender as well as olive trees in abundance. The property has the additional bonus of bordering a river.
Coast/Beach
The coast is approx. 30 miles and takes about 1 hour without traffic.
Travel
Nearest airports are: Marseilles 45 miles (1 hour). Nice 55 miles (1.5 hour). Toulon/Hyeres 40 miles (1 hour). The Aix en Provence TGV train station is 50 minutes by car. Use of a car is essential.

Within 10 minutes from Entrecasteaux, with its magnificent chateau and 20 minutes from Salernes, which hosts a wonderful Sunday market.
Booking notes
A 25% deposit is required to secure a booking, with the balance payment due 8 weeks before the rental commences. A damage deposit is required.
