The Chalet is that very nice old farm entirely refurbished to high standard and is ideally located for winter and summer holidays with various activities as such for winter skiing, hiking and, for summer, tennis court, swimming, mountain biking and not too far from karting, sailing on lake, rafting, paintball. The chalet is located in a very quiet area with a nice view of the Mont Blanc massif and is surrounding by a large garden. It is suitable for families up to 7 + 1 baby.

Changeover day
Changeover is Saturday and we kindly request guests to leave by 10.00 in order to prepare the arrival of the next guests from 14.00 hours.

Towels and linen are not included but can be provided for 15 euros per person, per week. Final cleaning is not included but can be provided for 50 euros. In order to ensure a clean chalet the next guests we kindly ask you to vacate at 10.00 hours. |

The Chalet is surrounded by a large garden with grass.
Skiing
During the ski season the resorts of St Gervais and Megeve are linked, with 116 ski lifts the Evasion ski area offers 420km of slopes facing the sublime Mont Blanc panorama. St Gervais also has one of the best snow parks in the region hosting the French snowboard championships in 2002. The Mont Blanc tramway can be taken from the village to the Bellevue Plateau (1800m) giving access to the Les Houches ski area. The ski area of St Gervais has 136 pistes, 19 blacks, 52 reds, 42 blue and 23 green runs, 28km of cross country skiing, 20km of snowshoe tracks and 15km of footpaths. Several ski schools from kids to adults are ready to help you ski.

Further details
St Gevais has a traditional Savoyard market town with a Baroque church. The market is held in the main square on Thursday mornings. There are several restaurants, bars, supermarkets and shops downtown with 2 take away pizza places. There are 4 banks and 2 pharmacies in the village, a public library and a casino.
Booking notes
Your reservation will completed with a down payment of 40% non-refundable at least 3 weeks prior your arrival. A security deposit of 500 euros will be also requested with the balance and will be returned at the end of the stay once the chalet has been checked, minus any deduction for breakage.
