Laundry room with all amenities. Hifi iPod connection, LP player, DVD player, 42’ plasma TV with satellite and sky dish [TV to 3 beds also]. New salt water swimming pool 6x3m with safety manual cover, with paving surround.

Suitable for children and people with disabilities as the cottage and grounds are all on flat ground no steps or cills at all.
Accessibility
All on same level, no thresh/sill even to front door. Excellent for wheelchairs and disabled.

Beautiful and Extensive gardens, southerly terrace, outdoor furniture, trees, lawns, shrubs and flowers. Boulangerie down the hill (Le Fleix Village) some 3 kilometres drive away.
At Le Fleix, less than 4km from the cottage, there is- doctors, a chemist’s, petrol station, Post Office, tobacconist/newsagents/bar , hairdressers, two boulangerie, and a small supermarket, plus fantastic restaurant - l'oisseau - 3 course with wine -lunch 10 euors. Local wine maker/ bottling plant. At St Foy La Grande, -10km away, there are two supermarkets (Leclerc and Intermarché) as well as the Saturday morning local produce market in the streets of St Foy (voted one of top 100 markets in France) where farmers await you with the freshest of goods.

There is a lake not 6 mins walk down track for watersports with restaurant.
