Notes on accommodation
Long lets La Rochelle is a great place to visit any time of the year and the house is well furnished and equipped and has electric heating in each room, making it very comfortable for longer term rentals, special rates can be offered for long stays please email for details.
Outside
There is on street parking outside the house (narrow road) and on the surrounding streets and a free car park in the road next to ours.
Travel
La Rochelle airport is a short taxi drive from the house.
There is an excellent public transport system operating throughout the town and regional buses to local places like the Ile de Re, Rochefort and Royan. La Rochelle railway station offers a fast 3 hour TGV link to Paris.
Distances
The lively town centre with its many shops and daily market is within a short walk through the beautiful Parc Charruyer.
Further details
La Rochelle - set around the Vieux Port with its famous towers where you will find numerous excellent cafes, bars and restaurants, excellent shopping facilities and boutiques to be found in the arcaded old streets.

A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking and the balance is due 6 weeks before arrival. A refundable security deposit of 200 euros is required at the time of booking. Electricity is charged at cost price during November - March inclusive.
