Fully equipped kitchen with gas cooker, fridge freezer, microwave and all necessary kitchenware and utensils. Wooden staircase leads to toilet and shower room—including washing machine. First double bedroom with French doors and balcony overlooking the garden and pool. The second double bedroom at the front of the house has views of the hills. The two attic rooms containing one double sofa bed and one single bed may be used with prior consent. Property has oil fired central heating. Garage attached to house. Expansive garden with large swimming pool with terrace, sun bathing areas. Property fully equipped with outside furniture and BBQ.
