Set amongst the umbrella pines and eucalyptus trees, St Maxime Park is a small private, gated development with its own pool. The complex is well maintained and managed gardens enhance the setting. Sainte Maxime itself is a small harbour town on the Gulf of Saint Tropez, facing full south it enjoys 300 days of sunshine each year. The town has its own beach and marina. Stroll around the pedestrianised streets, of the old town, which are brimming with restaurants, bistros, boutiques and various open air stalls. The chic resort of St Tropez is a short 10 mins ferry crossing away. There is a cycle track from the complex to the town.

Access to the property is at ground level, the entrance to the complex is on an incline.

Large balcony overlooking quiet gardens planted with umbrella pines and eucalyptus trees. Seating area to front of apartment with views to the Masiff de Maures hills. A personal parking space is available opposite the apartment. A beautiful pool area comprising main pool and toddlers pool with loungers, toilets and changing facilities.
Coast/Beach
There is a beautiful marina and beach, situated near the centre of town (20 mins walk or 3 mins by car from the apartment).
Relax on the beach or for the more adventurous of you partake in one of the many watersports available, have lunch at one of the beachside restaurants.
Don't miss the 'Theatre de Mer' (open air theatre) at the marina for nightly live music/dance events and amazing firework displays (June - September).
Golf
There are numerous golf courses in the area. Sainte Maxime golf course only 10 mins away is situated in the hills above the town set in garrigue and cork trees, it offers the most fantastic views of the surrounding landscape and the bay of Saint-Tropez.
There are another 2 good quality golf courses in the area. Beauvallon within 10 mins drive and Roquebrune within 30 mins drive.
Travel
Car hire is available from the airport (Nice Terminal 2). St Maxime is within 1 hours drive from both Nice and Toulon airports.
SNCF trains operate between Nice and the town of St Raphael, where the connecting bus service runs from the bus terminus directly outside the train station to St Maxime town.
Distances
Town centre, beaches and marina 20 mins by foot, 8 min by bus or 3 mins by car. Boulangerie / supermarket within walking distance. Hypermarket, shops aquapark, adventure and skate park (700m).
Casino (3 mins drive). Bowling Alley (10 mins drive). Fairground (15 mins drive).
St Tropez, Port Grimmaud, Grimmaud, Ramatuelle and Gassin are all within 20-30min drive.
Further details
The area is serviced by numerous purpose built cycle paths. There is a frequent ferry service to St Tropez which takes only 10 mins. A road-train which will take you from Port Grimmaud to the hilltop village of Grimmaud, where fabulous views of the surrounding countryside and the bay of St Tropez can be enjoyed. The tourist information centre located in the town can provide details of trips and excursions. Various boat trips are available from the marina.

25% deposit (non-refundable) to be paid within 1 week of reservation. The balance of 75% to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival. £350 security bond (fully refundable if no damage).
