Flexible with length of stay for short term bookings
Book multiple weeks and receive 10% discount based on the period. (Not available July and August).
Linen rental: 25 euros double bed or sofa bed.
Mandatory cleaning charge at the end of stay of 56 euros regardless of the length of stay.
There is also a Management Co. fee of €100 which covers preliminary arrangements, coordinating your arrival and departure, meeting with you to give you the keys upon arrival.
Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible.
June-September: Saturday with arrival after 16:00, departure before 10:00am.
Flexible on length of stay during off season.

The closest beach is just an 8 minute walk.
By car, you can get to the beaches of Cannes in 10-12 minutes, Juan-Les-Pins in 10 minutes, and Nice in 20 minutes.

Nearby Old Antibes offers a daily Provencal Food Market.
Antibes and Juan les Pins host a number of interesting festivals, mainly during the summer months. Most of the festivals focus on music and contemporary activities.
February - Carnaval de Nice. May - Cannes Film Festival.
July - Jazz à Juan remains one of the top jazz festivals in the world. Since its inception in 1960, it has attracted the greatest legends of jazz each year to play outdoors in this beautiful setting.
April - The Antique Show of Antibes attracts thousands of treasure seekers for two weeks in April. It’s one of the largest shows of its kind in France.
June - Voiles d’Antibes is one of the world’s biggest gatherings of beautiful old teak and brass sailing vessels. They converge on the port for one of the most regal regattas in the Mediterranean.

Travel
Once at the apartment, a car is not necessary.
There is a complimentary bus (number 16) into Antibes, just a three minute walk from/to the apartment.
The mainline train station is a 10 minute walk.
The bus stop is located within a 3 minute walk, provide access to nearby Marineland, the local Carrefour (supermarket), near by cities including Juan-Les-Pins, Cannes, Nice, Grasse, Monaco, etc.
The ferry port of Nice is 30 minutes away.
Monaco is 40 mins and Italy 45/50 minutes away by highway.
Distances
Old Antibes is just a 15 minute walk (or take free shuttle).
Cannes is located 15-20 minutes away by bus.
Within a 3 minute walk, you can find an excellent artisan bakery and another 2 minutes, you will find La Fontonne with several restaurants, retail shops, banks, cafes and other services.
The area bursts with festivals and other activities all year round from Cannes Film Festival, Nice Carnival, etc.
If a trip to the mountain interests you, you are 1.5 hour drive to the Southern Alps.

One week's notice is required for these services.
Booking notes
You will be asked to pay a 50% non refundable deposit (by check, bank transfer or PayPal).
The balance payment will be due 8 weeks prior to the start of your stay. This payment will be due in Euros only.
Should your reservation take place within 8 weeks from the start date of your stay, payment in full will be required at time of reservation. A damage/breakage deposit will be required which will be returned upon check-out.
