Argiller is a pretty house perfectly located in the heart of the Perigord Noir and perfect for a family holiday discovering the region whilst enjoying the peace and exceptional views from the house and private swimming pool. Being located on the small road linking Montignac and the tiny village of Plazac there is easy access to an abundance of sites and local amenities. St Leon sur Vézère, one of the most beautiful village of France is delightful, with its 12th century church and its numerous castles, its quaint winding streets, its bakery for fresh croissants, Post Office, little grocery store and café with sunny terraces. The property is set all on the ground floor and can comfortably accommodating 7 persons.

private enclosed swimming pool measures 10 x 5m for the security of our children a large barbecue is also located in front of the swimming pool for warm summer evenings and dining in the open air. The terrace, situated in front of the house where garden furniture and parasols allow for relaxing and enjoying the extensive views of the countryside.
The sunbeds allow for relaxing whilst the table-tennis facility will keep the young or 'young at heart' amused for hours in the beautiful garden.
The friendly owners live just a couple of hundred metres away in a separate property but are always at hand and happy to help if guests have any particular needs or need some orientation around the local area.
We feel happy to suggest that any guest will find "Argiller" an ideal property to enhance thier visit to the Perigord.
