Built 1776, historical Manor House set in 52 acres. Our aim is to provide luxury accommodation which can be fully catered if necessary in one of the most beautiful locations in the Lot et Garonne. The Manor House dominates within a beautiful private courtyard with large dining terraces, stunning walled swimming pool with designer furniture. There are secluded shady gardens with hammocks and soft seating. The Estate is surrounded by lovely vineyards, foie gras farms, bistro's and Michelin starred restaurants. Situated just 1 hour from Toulouse, Bergerac or Bordeaux airports. Evening baby sitting can be arranged. Notes on accommodation
The Manor House has been tastefully restored and provides a beautiful Roche Bobois lounge providing seating for 10, huge original log fireplace, UK Sky t.v. package, wifi. Our Dining/Conference Room seats 12 and is decorated in Toile de Jouey and provides a beautiful dining setting. We are happy to provide breakfast, lunch and dinner or any combination requested. Outside
The exterior is a dream set in 52 acres, the Manor House dominates a beautiful private courtyard leading to a gorgeous walled swimming pool. The pool is luxuriously furnished with designer wave sunloungers and many retractable parasols. We have a huge BBQ area as well as portable BBQ's, professional Table Tennis table. On the other side of the courtyard we have a lovely shady garden underneath the stunning Cedar Trees where there are hammocks and soft seating for those steamy days. We have a very large, private and secure parking area. Our courtyard and pool area are beautifully lit in the evenings and our dining terrace offers wonderful panoramic views.

Golf
Within 30 minutes drive is the year round Espalais Golf Club. A 9 hole golf course 5.470m Par 70, plus compact course (2 holes). Or Villeneuve Golf Club, 20 mins.
Skiing
For winter guests we run weekly shuttles to the local Pyrennees resorts just over an hour away.

Foie Gras & Wine Tasting at many surrounding vineyards and lazy afternoons around our pool.
Foodies - within 25 minutes we have one 3* Michelin and three 1* Michelin restaurants.
Beautiful boating trips or kayaking along the River Lot.
Go-Karting for children and adults is short drive away.
Parc Walibi for younger children with rides and water rides and short shows and a roller coaster for older children, park is suitable for all ages.
Antique Collectors, throughout the year and especially July & August there are many Brocantes (antique fairs) and Vide Greniers.
Equestrian: Their is an excellent riding school for those wishing for hacks or lessons.
Birdwatchers - we have many birds, notable pairs of Hoopoes, Red-breast robins, blue tits, common cranes in migration, woodpeckers and many other varieties.
