Just over half and hours drive to the tranquil unspoilt beaches on the north coast of Brittany including Pleneuf Val Andre.

Dinard Aiport - 50 minutes drive. (Served by Ryan Air from the UK - Car Hire is also available at the airport and is reccommended for exploring the area). St Malo Ferry Terminal - Just over one hours drive (Brittany Ferries / Condor Ferries).
Distances
1km to nearest village of Plemet. Beautiful medieval towns of Moncontour (30mins) and Dinan (45 mins). Lake de Guerladen - spectacular lake with canoe and motor boat hire (25 mins). Shopping in Loudeac (5 mins) Pontivy (20mins) and Rennes (1hr).

To the rear of the property is a walking/cycle and horseriding route through the stunning landscapes.
Two minutes walk away is the New Sports Nature, Canoe/Kayak center. Plemet is serviced by all local amenities including Pattiserie, Boulangerie, Restaurants, Banks and local store with supermarket on the edge of the village. Les Aquatides swimming pool with flume situated in Loudeac.
