Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible. Normal check out time is 10am and check in time 4pm but there may be some flexibility for later check out or earlier check in on occasions where both are not happening on the same day.

Coast/Beach
1 minute walk to white sandy beach (public) of Juan Les Pins. Lots of private sandy beaches with rentals of loungers and parasols and beverage and snack services within five minutes walk.
Skiing
Buses (€1 fare!) run every morning from Nice bus station, Nice train station (easily accessible from Juan les Pins) and Nice Airport to the Isola 2000 resort and return in the evening. Even if you don't ski the scenery is worth the trip. A travel agency called Centours in Antibes organises trips from Antibes itself and can provide all necessary kit and equipment. Check direct with them for details.
Travel
20 minutes train journey from Nice St Augustin Station which is under 15 minute walk from Nice airport or alternatively a 30 minute express bus journey (4 stops) from Nice airport costing €8 per person including luggage. While car hire is not necessary as all parts of Cote D'azur are accessible by train, all main car hire firms operate from Nice Airport.
Distances
25 minute walk to old historic town of Antibes, which is also accessible by bus from outside apartment. Cannes is only 9 minutes away by train or 15 minutes away by bus.

Booking notes
25% of total cost paid at time of booking with remainder plus a refundable security deposit of €500 paid 8 weeks from commencement of holiday direct to our French bank account. The security deposit will be returned within 14 days, minus any necessary sums for replacements or damages, on inspection of the apartment by the agent on departure.
