This luxury gite, which is attached to the owner's own holiday home, was completely renovated in 2007 and has been finished to a very high standard, and retains many of the original features, including wooden beams and exposed stone walls. The gite comprises a large open-plan living room with a kitchen and dining area, two double bedrooms, a triple bedroom, with three single beds, and two shower rooms. The kitchen is fully fitted, and includes a washing machine and a dishwasher. The swimming pool is surrounded by a wide terrace with comfortable sun loungers and colourfully decorated with tubs of flowering shrubs. There are far-reaching views across the peaceful countryside. The ideal place to relax and read, or to enjoy a BBQ.

Notes on prices
Prices shown are for one week's complete rental of the gite, starting on a Saturday in UK pounds. Price includes electricity, all bedlinen and personal towels, but not pool towels.
Changeover day
Changeover day is Saturday, with arrival after 4pm on the first day and departure before 10am on the last day.

| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1 with double bed. Bedroom 2 with double bed. Bedroom 3 with three single beds. A cot is available on request. |
| Bathrooms: | Two shower rooms, both with walk-in showers, wc and wash-hand basin. One on the ground floor and one on the first floor. |
| Kitchen: | The kitchen is fully fitted with a range of cupboards, oven, four-hob burner, fridge, washing machine and dishwasher. All the appliances are new. |
| Living Rooms: | A spacious entrance hall leads to a large open-plan living room which has a comfortable seating area, dining area and kitchen. The room is bright and airy with lovely exposed stone walls and beamed ceiling. Double doors lead out to the terrace and pool. |

All bedlinen and personal towels are provided, but please bring your own pool towels. |

Travel
The gite is a 35 min drive from Bergerac airport which is served by both Ryanair and Flybe. It's approximately a seven or eight hour drive from the north coast and Channel ports. Use of a car is essential.

The gite is situated about 3kms from the pretty village of Villamblard, and just 20 minutes drive from both
the famous market town of Bergerac, and the medieval capital of the Dordogne region, Périgueux.
Further details
The Dordogne region has been a popular tourist destination for many years. A visitor is spoilt for choice as to how to spend their time. The area is especially renowned for its prehistoric caves, rivers, numerous chateaux, and some of the most beautiful towns and villages in France. Visit one of the local markets to sample the produce of the region, or enjoy a glass of wine on the terrace of a village cafe. For the more active, there is canoeing, walking, cycling, horse riding and swimming. Dordogne is one of the most beautiful and unspoilt parts of south west France.

50% is paid at the time of booking, with the balance, together with a security deposit of £150 will be due 4 weeks before arrival.
