Living Rooms: Huge beamed living room with big open fireplace and dining area at one end. TV, DVD, Sky, Internet etc. All the doors open on to south west facing terrace/garden and pool.
Other: Sorry no pets or smokers in the house.

Linen and towels not included but can be arranged with local company. Cleaner 4 hours a week. More can be arranged if required.

The house is very private with electric gates, courtyard and garage space for 3 cars, tiled swimming pool 11m x 5m with alarm, barbecue, garden with automatic watering and sprinklers and all weather full size table tennis table. There is plenty of garden furniture and sunbeds. Shaded sitting areas. Pool & garden are looked after by Fred, the house manager.

Coast/Beach
Within a 15 minute drive, you will find some of the most attractive public and private beaches on the French Riviera well-known for its warm weather and beautiful sights including Cannes (30 mins) and Nice (20 mins), Cap d'Antibes (20 mins), La Napoule & Theoule (30 mins) & Villefranche. St Tropez & Port Grimaud is possible either by boat or easy drive on the A8 motorway.

Golf
Several golf courses nearby including:
Royal Mougins Golf club.
Golf de Cannes-Mougins.
Opio Golf Club.

Skiing
Easy access to local ski areas, the most well known being Isola 2000 and Auron.

Special interest holidays
Boat charter & sailing available at Baie des Anges, St Laurent and Antibes etc. Lots of walking trails, hiking, biking etc.

Travel
Nearest airport is Nice Cote d'Azur International approximately 20 minutes by car. Airport transfer is available by taxi, either ATS or local. Car hire is recommended but there are frequent buses from Nice & Cagnes sur Mer to the village and Vence. Also buses into Grasses and Cannes. The local train station is Cagnes sur Mer.

There are many beautiful and famous hilltop villages and towns within very easy reach e.g. Tourrettes, Eze, Cagnes sur Mer, Villeneuve Loubet, Grasse, Mougins, Biot, Vence, St Jean Cap Ferrat, Antibes, Villefranche, Opio, Valbonne, Juan les Pins, Cannes, Nice, Monte Carlo/Monaco etc.

Further details
Local supermarkets within 10 minutes.
Cap 3000 shopping mall at St Laurent (15 mins).
Vence food market every day in the old town including Sunday am.
Easy drive to Italy for weekly markets on Friday and Saturday in Ventimiglia and San Remo for food, clothes and leather.

Booking notes
Minimum rental of 2 weeks in high season. Other times are negotiable. 25% deposit is required to secure booking and the balance 8 weeks before stay. For late bookings the whole amount is due. A security deposit of 1000 euros is required but fully refundable less the cost of any damage or breakage. We recommend you take out appropriate insurance to cover personal belongings, accident and health needs should this be necessary.
