Its surrounded by woodland, fields and lake Augernon (1/4 mile). Banks, post office, restaurants, supermarket, butcher and baker along with water sports, fishing and a swimming pool at Jugon les Lacs 5 minutes away. Golf at Dinard. Beautiful beaches 20-30 minutes away.

The large fish pond is 1 metre deep and is surrounded by a metre high chain link fence for safety.
Outside
There is ample parking with a garage and gates. The focal point is a large fish pond incorporated in the secluded gardens that has a sunken BBQ with stone furniture and night lights. The totally enclosed garden has many trees, shrubs and fruit trees.
Coast/Beach
The coastline at Pleneuf Val Andre has miles of sandy beaches, the waters are safe and it has secluded coves. You can walk the coastal path. Cap Frehel is a picturesque coastline with sandy beaches. The sailing school in Jugon les lacs has rowing, sailing, canoeing or taking out a pedalo on the peaceful lake of Jugon - on your own or supervised by qualified instructors.

Jugon les lacs is located in a small valley, on the shore of a beautiful 4km long lake. Its architectural heritage, granite mansions and central square, testify to the history of Jugon, which used to be a fortified town in the Penthièvre (area around Lamballe) at the time of the Dukes of Brittany. Jugon held a strategic role in the History of Brittany. 300 hectares of lakes and rivers, a superb place for lake and river fishing, Jugon les Lacs is sought after for its extensive, well-kept and regularly restocked network of lakes and rivers. The main spots to practise angling in Arguenon-Hunaudaye are Jugon Lake and Lake Arguenon, where you will be able to catch carp, trout, pike or zander.
Travel
The Arguenon Hunaudaye Mountain Bike Resort, in Jugon Les Lacs. The resort is open all year long, and offers 200km of sign posted path, divided on 10 tracks of different level and distance. Rambling from the mysterious Boquen Abbey up to the Lake of Jugon 200km of circuits sprinkled with heritage sites manor houses, calvaries and chapels if you have the energy!

St Igneuc has a church, telephone box and bar. Jugon les Lacs is 5 mins by car. Dinan is 20 mins by car. St Malo is 40 mins by car. Cherbourg is 3 hours by car.

Market day is Friday morning, all year, on the ‘Place du Martray’ in Jugon. The swimming pool in Jugon is open the week-ends in May and June, from 2pm to 7pm. July and August: Open every day from 2.00 pm to 7.00 pm. (Except on the 2nd and 3rd of July: open from 4.30 to 7.00 pm) no shorts only trunks. (they will not let you in otherwise).
