Large heated swiming pool. 25 minutes from the nearest coast and main town of St Brieuc, with St Malo, Le Mont-St Michel and the airport at Dinard within an hour away. The properties are part of a nine acre estate bordering a lovely trout fishing river. The estate is situated in a valley of outstanding natural beauty which contains both parkland and forest areas. These newly refurbished cottages are well planned and are furnished to a high standard. Each cottage also has it's own patio, most overlooking the river which is ideal for relaxation after a day of exploring or sightseeing. We can accommodate large parties with one building having 11 bedrooms, sleeping up to 30 people and another having 12 bedrooms, sleeping up 32 people. Leat Cottage has a ramp to the front door and wide internal doorways on the ground floor for easy access for wheelchair users. It also has a ground floor double bedroom with disabled facilities including a sit down hydro-massage shower unit.

About the owner
We have been resident in Brittany for the last 9 years and are enjoying the lifestyle here. Our 15 year old triplet boys have settled into the local village school, are doing well in their education and are fully bilingual. The milling estate was built in 1704 and at one time the mill was the main industry for Plouguenast itself. We live on the estate and will be at hand for any emergencies or help you require during your stay with us. We are happy to book restaurants, activities and transport for you and give you advice on places to visit. A vast amount of our guests come back again and all enjoy the quiet scenic location, yet we are walking distance from the large village and all its amenities. There is so much for the children to do that all parents get a relaxing holiday.
