There is a deposit of 25% on booking, payable in euros by bank transfer (at cost to tenant) which is non-refundable unless we can re-let (refund minus small administrative fee). The balance is payable 4 weeks before the beginning of your holiday. You also have the option to pay in full.
We also ask for a security deposit of 400 euros to cover damage or breakage. This is payable with the balance and will be returned to you less any charges.
