This apartment is very stylish and welcoming, and a wonderful base from which to explore France's most attractive town, La Rochelle. It is a 32m2 self-catering apartment within a tranquil residence, and in a lovely location with a balcony overlooking the area known as the "Port des Minimes", twenty minutes leisurely walk from the stunning city centre, and two minutes from local shops and cafes.

La Rochelle LALEU airport is 15 mins away by car/taxi.
People driving from the UK can reach La Rochelle from the St Malo port (Brittany Ferries) in about 3.5 hours.
Car hire possible at the airport, although unnecessary due to excellent public transport.
Further details
La Rochelle is easily the most attractive city on the West Coast of France, and many say that it beats off ALL competition in the country as a whole. The Charente Maritime area, like the Vendee, enjoys a "micro-climate" that leads to temperatures and sun similar to that of the South Coast of France.
