Changeover day
Change over day is Saturday. Check out is 10am. Check in is 4pm. We have to be quite strict about these times to enable our cleaning staff to carry out their cleaning duties.

Notes on accommodation
The villa is accessed via stone steps, but once through the front door it is all on one level. The flooring is a cream `Jerusalem` stone marble with underfloor heating throughout. All bedrooms have air conditioning, windows and/or french doors and shutters. The proximity of the villa to the pool makes it suitable for young families.

Accessibility
There are steps to access the property to the front door. Please ask if you need wheelchair access as this is possible, via the back garden which is on the same level as the villa. The Villa is on one level and the corridor to the bedrooms is wide and the doorways generous. Apart from one en-suite, all showers are level with the bathroom floors (wet room) and have detachable shower fittings.
Outside
Access to the property is via a `no-through`private track. Therefore a sturdy or an off road vehicle is preferable. The garden, terrace and pool area are ideal for summer lounging and dining, being all on the same level as the villa! There are 2 three seater outdoor sofas and coffee table under a covered terrace which leads from the dining/kitchen room. The dining terrace, adjacent to the pool house is covered and seats 10 people comfortably. All the garden furniture is by `Gloster`. There is a small boule court to the side of the villa and a Weber Barbeque for those evenings in! There is a 12x6m heated pool (with electric cover) surrounded with organic shaped decking, with six sun loungers. Garden lighting and sensor lighting available at night. Perfectly landscaped gardens blend with the breathtaking views of forest and vines creating the perfect setting to enjoy sunny days and balmy evenings outdoors.
Coast/Beach
St. Maxime and its beaches are a 10 minute drive and St Tropez (Pampalone is a 25 minute drive). In the high season there is a very regular boat trip which takes ten minutes accross to St Tropez.
Golf
Beauvallon golf and St Anderol is within easy driving distance from the property. Green fees can be arranged locally.
Travel
Nice airport 1 hour. Toulon airport 1 hour. Marseille airport 1.5 hours. The peage from Nice to our villa is currently 2.70 and 4.30 respectively.

Further details
Plan de la Tour is a busy rural village, typical of the Provencal life seen in the area. There are 6 restaurants and a pizzeria, a bank, a boulangerie/pattiserie, hairdressers, launderette, newsagent and 2 small supermarkets to choose from. There is colourful weekly market selling local fare and goodies to prepare back at the villa. A Larger supermarket (Carrefour) can be found (at the roundabout), a 10 minute drive on the route to Ste Maxime. Within this complex is also a very comprehensive baby/children`s shop. Also on the road in to St Maxime there is a children`s water park. St Maxime itself is a very large town with everything you would expect it to have.
Booking notes
The property is secured with a 25% deposit (non returnable if cancellation is made less than ten weeks prior to commencement of holiday) of the overall rental cost and the balance payment is due 6 weeks prior to arrival date. There is a returnable security deposit of 15% payable against any major damages in the property.
