A stunning 16th century Colombage farmhouse. Fully restored. The property has many large windows to both sides so is very light and airy. There are two single and one set of double doors leading out onto a terrace the full length of the property. The garden is south facing and sheltered fully fenced and secure, ideal for young children.

Changeover day
Changeover days are Saturdays, leaving by 10am and arriving no earlier than 4pm. This can be flexible depending on bookings.
Notes on accommodation
Heating for the gite is via oil filled radiators. House linen is provided. Towels not included. The house has views from all aspects, either forest, grassland or farms. The gite is set in fully fenced grounds with gravel drive and barbecue area.
Accessibility
Staircase may prove a problem for elderly.

The gite is set in fully fenced private grounds with a gravel drive and barbecue area with garden furniture and 2 loungers.
Coast/Beach
20 min drive to beautiful beaches, pebble, child friendly. Beautiful sandy beach at Deauville which is 45min drive away.
Superb fresh fish available daily, good restaurants which vary from 10 euros for a two course lunch menu to more expensive stunning restaurants where you get to discuss the menu with the owners.
Travel
Property is 40 mins drive from Dieppe and Le Havre. 2hr drive from Calais. Use of a car is recommended.
Distances
We are 1.5hrs from Paris by local train, 2.5hrs driving. 35 mins from Le Havre, 25 mins from Rouen.
10 min drive to local town, Doudeville with excellent supermarket, deli counter, fresh fish etc. Beautiful patisseries and fresh fish shop.
Further details
Very good food and wine available locally. Good market towns with markets most days. Beautiful walking countryside directly from the house. Historic Rouen has a fantastic Sunday market, incredible buildings, the history of Joan of Arc and a fully modernised shopping centre.
