A private parking space just outside the apartment offers maximum convenience when coming back from a day trip. There are 2 large swimming pools, both with a pool house, and a large communal recreation area. Fully air-conditioned and furnished to a very high standard this superb apartment is either an ideal holiday rental to relax, perfectly located to explore Cannes and the Cote d’Azur, or a comfortable base to relax at the end of the working day.

Changeover day
Changeover day can be flexible depending on availability.

Very child friendly development and guests with children are welcome to use our cot, highchair, baby plates and cutlery etc.
Outside
The upper terrace throws morning sunlight into the bedrooms and has superb views of the gardens and mountains. The large ground floor terrace is ideal for al fresco dining and the private garden is the perfect spot for sunbathing or for children to play, with guests welcome to enjoy the use of our paddling pool. There are 2 large communal pools in the development and a vast recreation area, all within an easy stroll of the apartment. A private parking space just outside the apartment entrance offers maximum convenience when coming back from a day trip. Please note the pools are open May-September inclusive.
Coast/Beach
The residence is just 2 kilometres from the centre of Cannes next to the beautiful natural park known as La Croix des Gardes. It is hardly more than 5 minutes by car or an easy bus ride to the centre of Cannes, its beaches, restaurants, shops and transport links yet it enjoys a tranquil, secure and relaxed setting from where to enjoy everything the Cote d’Azur has to offer.
Travel
The apartment is extremely accessible from Nice airport – about a 25 minute journey – we will be happy to provide easy directions.
Car hire is not essential but we would recommend it to give you the most flexibility during your stay. There is a regular bus service from near to the development entrance into the centre.
Distances
It's a quick journey to get to Antibes, Juan Les Pins, St Tropez, Monaco and many other places in between. Inland you can visit Mougins, Grasse and St Paul de Vence within easy reach.
If you prefer not to use the car an excellent coastal train service runs along the French Riviera and even across the border into Italy for the day!
Further details
Within a minutes drive is the local shopping area with a supermarket and a few really nice local shops which we prefer to use - a fruit and veg shop, bakery, butchers, fromagerie, pharmacy etc. You could walk but it's much easier in the car if you are bringing shopping back!
Our helpful local agent will meet you at the apartment and check you in, fill the fridge in advance if required, and ensure your stay is just perfect.
For business guests visiting Cannes for one of the many conferences taking place, as well as the services listed above, we can arrange an airport pick up for you, daily transfer from the apartment to the conference centre and a daily maid service. All these services are at an additional cost.

A 25% deposit is required to secure a booking and full payment must be received no less than 6 weeks before your arrival date.
