Accessed by a small lane leading up the hill from the village square, the environment is very peaceful and private. The villa is located in quiet a residential neighbourhood comprising well-spaced detached villas. The entrance gates open into a flat gravelled area with on-site parking for 3 cars. Through the olive terrace, steps lead down to the garden where there’s a gas BBQ terrace and table and chairs for outdoor dining.

Villa Dominante is only a few minutes walk to the cafes and restaurants around the village square of Montauroux. There are two boulangeries for fresh morning croissants and a local butcher just round the corner.
The village tennis courts are at the end of the street and are open to the public. Montauroux is a classic Provence hilltop town with meandering streets, a bustling village square and lovely views down into the valley.
