A beautiful French farmhouse in a private setting on the banks of the River Jaudy. On the ground floor there is a large fully equipped kitchen, spacious lounge/diner with TV and DVD player and seperate wc. First floor there are 4 berooms and a very large bathroom with wc, bath and shower cubicle. The property is centrally located for Lannion, Perros Guirec, Paimpol and Guingamp (all market towns) and the enchanting coastline in between. La Roche Derrien, with its shops which cater for any necessities a holidaymaker could need, is 2 minutes away and the histroic town of Treguier, with its old town cathedral and new marina development, only 5 minutes. There are many restaurants and auberges nearby serving delicious locally caught sea food, which is of course a speciallity hereabouts, as well as other menus to choose from. Armoripark, an adventure park, at Begard is a fun filled day out for children and is only 15 minutes away, great for adults too!

Fully enclosed private garden and courtyard. 2 barbecues and garden furniture. Off road private parking. Adjacent to fields given over to production of flowers for the Dutch flower trade. Many interesting woodland walks along the banks of the River Jaudy.
Coast/Beach
The sandy beaches of Port Blanc are 10 minutes away, Trestel 15 mins and Perros Guirec 15mins. Water sports are available at Port Blanc and beach activites always taking place at Trestel and Perros in the summer months.
Golf
Small golf course and driving range at Prat (10 minutes away) and a larger professional one at Lannion.
Special interest holidays
Fishing is available on the River Jaudy and the surrounding freshwater lakes. Sea fishing almost anywhere!
Horse riding at the local Internationally reknowned Equestrian Centre in Pommerit Jaudy.
Walking along the well laid out rambling paths, one of which goes around this house.
Canoe/Kayak school just downriver from the house.
Windsurfing/sailing school at Port Blanc.
Scuba diving at Perros Guirec.
