It is situated on the ground floor which allows very easy access without climbing stairs and 1 mins walk to the famous provencal open air market in Antibes. 10 mins walk to the train station and the nearest restaurant is 20 metres away.

In the heart of the old town of Antibes, 5 mins by train to Juan les Pins, 10 mins by train to Cannes and 20 mins by train to Nice centre.
