Situated in the Poitou-Charentes region of the south west of France, the cottage is in a peaceful rural setting, surrounded by fields of sunflowers. Only 10 mins by car is the town of Chef-Boutonne where you will find the superb Chateau, banks, supermarkets, local shops, bars and restaurants. The market is each Saturday morning where you will find local fresh fruit, vegetables, local cheeses and fresh seafood direct from the coast. The property is set in its own grounds completely enclosed and very private. Enclosed with garden and pool at the rear of the property with plenty of private parking. The large established garden is surrounded by fields and woodland. There are several leisure facilities including a 5mx8m swimming pool, table tennis, badminton, bikes for all ages and pool table.
