Changeover day
Where possible Saturday to Saturday is preferred, but flexible.

Bed linen and towels are not included within the price rental - but can be hired at 35€ for bed linen, 15€ for set of towels per person. A charge of 40€ for final clean of apartment will be asked for upon departure. |

Central to shops, restaurants, supermarkets, Banks (HSBC, Barclays). A private Taxi can be organised for collection from the Airport direct to the Apartment and return to the Airport (Nice) from the Apartment.
Booking notes
Reservations confirmed by receipt of 50% of rental booking. Balance payable 30 days before date of arrival; Deposit will be a % of the rental and payable upon arrival - handover of keys; deposit returned upon departure check (with any deductions made for breakages, extra charges for linen and final clean etc) - hand back of keys.
