Renovated to a high standard while retaining their original features, you can savour the special ambiance of the Perigord Noir-the real heart of the Dordogne. The local village, which has all essential amenities, is a 10 minute walk. Also close by are the historic towns of Sarlat and Les Eyzies. Indeed all the attractions of the Dordogne and Vezere Valleys are within easy reach so there is plenty to see and do if you tire of the beautiful pool and surrounding magnificent scenery. Try mountain biking in the hills-the cycle track leads direct from the properties-or go canoeing, horse riding, fishing, river swimming, golfing or just laze by the pool, relax, unwind and enjoy yourself in beautiful surroundings. The gardens of both houses are large, private and offer plenty of space for children to play etc.

Changeover day is Saturday but can be flexible in low season. Arrivals after 5pm and departures before 10am.

One bathroom, fully tiled, with large double shower with seating inside. Bathroom was fully refurbished last year. Modern, new fitted kitchen with oven, dishwasher etc. Beautiful lounge with massive inglenook fireplace with wood burner and LCD TV. Exposed limestone walls and heavily oak beamed throughout. |

Both houses are suitable for children and both offer central heating making them suitable for out of season lets.
Accessibility
Not suitable for wheelchair users.
Outside
Shared pool measuring 12m x 5m with Roman stepped end for easy access for children. Large sunshade canopy at one end which is vital for protection. Pool cleaned daily.
Swings, table tennis and large grassed play area. Barbeques and outdoor dining furniture provided.

150km from Atlantic beaches - a 2 hour drive to Bordeaux.
Golf
Nearest golf course 10 minute drive.
Travel
Nearest airport is Bergerac which is one hour's drive.
Limoges airport is just over an hour's drive.
Bordeaux airport is 2 hour's drive.
Nearest TGV is Libourne (near Bordeaux).
Nearest local train station is Les Eyzies-10 minute drive.
Nearest channel port is St.Malo-5 hours drive and Calais is an 8 hour drive approximately.
Booking notes
A deposit of 25% is requested when booking with the remainder paid 8 weeks before arrival together with a refundable damage deposit of £250 or 300 Euros per week booked. This is returned, minus the cost of any agreed breakages, within two weeks of your departure. Prices are inclusive of house towels and bedlinen but not pool towels which can be hired if required.
