Pigeonnier is an old stone tower, on which an extension has been added. It is totally private and is situated at an edge of the property.
Open plan living/dining area with fully fitted kitchen including dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, toaster and electric kettle. Fridge with freezer compartment.
TV with DVD player, tuner.
Shower room with washing machine. Separate toilet.
Upstairs is the parents bed room with 160x200 double bed. Wash basin.
In the tower lies the mezzanine room for kids, split on two levels, with two 90x190 beds.
Private sitting out area, shaded by the old oak tree, with barbecue.
Private parking area.

Saphir is an individual perigordine stone house which was part of the old farm. 90 sq m2 of living space.
It has two rooms, one double and one triple.
the kitchen is separate and has a dining area. It is fully fitted with full size oven, microwave oven, electric kettle and coffer machine, toaster, 4 ring hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and freezer.
The living room is equipped with leather seats, TV, DVD player with tuner and home cinema system.
It has a private terrace with barbecue.
The house is very bright and sunny and has a lovely view over the valley.

Ambre is a semi detached house, next to the owners' house, but has its separate entrance. 90 sq m2 of living space, one one level.
Open plan living room with fully fitted kitchen with full size oven, electric kettle, toaster, dishwasher, microwave, electric coffee machine. TV with DVD players, tuner with home cinema system.
Parents room with double bed and shower corner with basin.
Twin room with basin.
Double room.
Laundry with washing machine and freezer.
Private terrace with barbecue.

 

Notes on accommodation
Children cot and high chair available on request. Central heating on request.

Accessibility
The cottage Saphir is on one level and could be accessible for wheel chair users. No step in the house. Please inquire if needed.

Outside
Each cottage has its own private terrace with barbecue and garden furniture. Each cottage is totally self contained and has its own washing machine, no shared laundry.
The 14x6 m swimming pool is secured with approved alarm and newly fenced for more security. The tennis court which is on site, is open everyday.
There is a children playground by the pool, with a swing, two table tennis tables, and small houses for very young children.
The grounds are open to all, children has sufficient place to run freely. There is a foot path going around the property, with access to the village on a 10 mns walk.

Golf
There is a nine hole golf course within 9 km drive in Mouleydier.

Travel
Bergerac is the nearest airport (18 miles away) with connections with Flybe and Ryanair.
Cars can be hired at the airport.

Distances
Couze, our village is distant 1 km. It has some restaurants, hairdressers, a post office, doctor and dentist, pharmacy, a bar with tobacco.
Lalide is our nearest town for all shopping, banks, more stores and is distant 4 km.
Bergerac well known, 20 mns drive.
All tourists sight seeings are all within easy reach, such as Lascaux cave, castles of Beynac, Castelnaud, and many more fantastic typical villages of the Dordogne.

Further details
Couze is famous for its ancient paper mills, it is accessible by road of course, and also by the foot path which leads you directly to the village, down the hill.
Lalinde is the first English founded bastide of the Dordogne. There are many villages around such as Monpazier and Issigeac which are worth a visit.
During summer, there are markets on lively places, lots of musical festivals and feasts.
For the more energetics, you can practice sports, canoeing with family and friends.
All advices and help will be given you by Odile, the owner who lives on site and could arrange you bookings if you please. Brochures will be put in each cottages so that you can make your choice for your activities.

Booking notes
After making sure that the period you are interested in is still available, the owner will send you a contract and ask you to return it with a 25 % deposit. Balance is due 8 weeks before arrival. A deposit for breakage is asked at arrival, and returnable on the departure day.
