Changeover day
In the height of the season, a Saturday change-over is preferred, but this is not a rigid rule depending on the most competitively priced flights.

Notes on accommodation
The apartment is in a domaine where there are several English families with children, making it welcoming for youngsters. The domaine is enclosed with remote-controlled gates and is quite secure. Underground secure parking in a garage. Heating and air-conditioning are reversible. Cots and high chairs can be hired locally.
Accessibility
Access to the apartment is flat and there are lifts to the apartment with wide entrances. Juan les Pins is a fairly flat area and therefore lends itself to wheelchair accessibility.
Outside
Gardens are looked after by the CoPropriété. Outdoor furniture is supplied on the balcony and there are some loungers around the pool area. Pool is shared and measures approximately 15 metres by 6 metres. This is fenced for security and gated with a shower and footbath.
Coast/Beach
The beautiful sandy beaches of Antibes, the Salis and in Juan les Pins all along to the Cap are all within walking distance. Water sports are available on all the beaches as well as a multitude of excellent restaurants both Gourmet and Provençal.
Golf
There are numerous golf courses close to Juan les Pins, in Biot, Valbonne, Opio, Mandelieu and Mougins, all of an excellent standard.
Skiing
Isola 2000, Valberg and Auron are within a day's drive for skiing enthusiasts and the slopes are normally open from late December to Easter depending on the snow, although there are artificial snow-makers at the resorts too.

Advice and information can be provided on any special interest that guests wish to pursue, whether sport, rambling, mountaineering, cookery, painting, spas etc.
Travel
Nice airport is within 20 minutes' drive from the apartment, or there are regular coach services to Juan les Pins from the airport. The local train station is also within a short walk from the apartment.
Distances
Monaco for the Grand Prix and the Principality , Nice with its colourful flower market, parades and old town, Grasse with its perfumeries, the Var with its vineyards, Eze and St Paul for their medieval villages, Antibes for Picasso museum, markets and superb marina and Northern Italy for its famous Friday Ventimiglia market are all a superb day out and then there is so much more! Cannes is a 10 minute train journey, or a 1 euro bus ride away for Conferences, Exhibitions and the Film Festival.

Local supermarkets are within walking distance as are many artisanal shops. There are super boutiques with chic French fashions along almost every street in Juan and the apartment is at the entrance to Cap d'Antibes as well as being withing walking to the Pinède for the annual Jazz festival. Tennis courts are close by, banks and commerce in central Juan and the night clubs, discotheques, Casino and lively bars available in the evenings. Something for all tastes and ages.

Bookings require a 25% deposit payment and the balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival. Payment is in sterling to a UK account, but credit card facilities are possible too.
