The villa offers a comfortable lounge with an open fireplace, high-beamed ceilings and French doors looking out on to the pool and gardens. The dining area is on another level to the rear of the lounge, and has a wooden beamed ceiling with a large table and chairs, the stairs to the bedrooms are beside the dining area. The kitchen is bright and very well fitted with wooden Provencal units housing a dishwasher, oven and hob. From the kitchen you can walk out onto a covered patio with table and chairs and a built-in BBQ. The utility room has an American fridge freezer and the washing machine. The villa sits in the middle of a most beautiful tiered garden with the heated pool to one side, completely private surrounded by mature shrubs and hedges with all day sun. This is a calm place to relax and look at the view. There is a carport and parking to the front of the villa, the garden is gated making it safe for children to play.

During July and August the changeover will be Saturday to Saturday, we can be flexible outside this time.

Coast/Beach
All this is there on your door-step to enjoy and yet the beaches of the Cote D’Azur, the beauty of the Alpes Maritime and the sophistication of Cannes and Nice are all within an easy drive. The nearby town of Le Muy holds an extremely colourful and comprehensive Provencal market every Sunday morning which is really worth visiting.
Golf
If you like to play golf, there are 7 to choose from all within an hours drive. The golf course of St Endreol in La Motte, which is only 10km from the villa.

A8 autoroute, Junction 36, 8km.
Train Station, Les Arcs-sur-Argens 15km.
Airports: Nice 55km, Toulon-Hyères 85km, Marseille 100km.
Distances
There is so much to see in this area from the beaches to mountains, I highly recommend a car to make the most of your holiday.
Booking notes
Your arrival time is Saturday to Saturday 4pm and the departure time of 10am. A deposit of 30% is requested with booking. The balance payment is required 8 weeks before the booking commences. A refundable security payment of £300 is requested, paid with the balance of payment.
