The beaches of Cannes, 2 mins, either the great private beaches like the Martniz and the Carlton or the public beaches.

Several golf courses are in the neighbourhood, the closest one is 15 mins drive, the famous Royal Mougins golf course.
Skiing
Skiing is possible, 1 hour drive.
Travel
Nice airport, 20 mins drive.
Every 30 mins direct bus connection to the airport at 3 mins from the apartment.

Monaco, 30 mins.
Nice, 20 mins.
Saint Tropez, 50 mins.
