The property is situated in a small tranquil farming hamlet with outstanding views, in rural Poitou-Charentes, 5 km from the market town of Chef Boutonne. The farmhouse, L’Hibou, accommodates ten guests in four bedrooms. Le Noisetier, is a newly converted two-storey home, accommodating six guests in three bedrooms.
