Long winter lets are available from November to April; 1 month Euros 2500, 2 month euros 2300/month, 3+ month 2100 euros per month excluding electricity and heating (will be charges according acutal consumption. For weekly rentals from October to 1 May there is a weekly electricity & heating surcharge of euros 125/week. Cleaning charge of the villa when your depart eur 170/rental. The security deposit for weekly rentals is eur 300.
Changeover day
The Change over day is Saturday. Departure before 10am and arrival between 4pm - 8pm.

The swimming pool (4.5m x 9m) with a large sun deck & is situated below the villa and offers total privacy, Sun chairs, a dining area for up to 13 persons, open fire place and an authentic Sauna, as well as the view over the surrounding nature, valley, the Alps and the Sea.

The nearest International Airport is Nice. Car hire or use of car is essential. Local transport is available, however they may not suit your needs.

Cancellation is free up to 90 days prior to arrival. Cancellation fee 90-60 days prior to arrival is 20%, 60-30 days prior is 50% and 30-0 days prior is 100%.
