Prices are for the property per week in euros. Bring your own linen. Alternatively this can be supplied at a small charge of 15 euros per person. A fuel charge applies in the winter (25/9 onwards).

La Grange is a delightful detached two bedroom gite, opposite the main farmhouse at La Fon Rouge. It has lovely views from its private terrace area and access to the shared pool. It has a large fully fitted kitchen. A spacious separate lounge with a sofa bed. |

Farmhouse and gites are all equipped with central heating.
Outside
La Fon Rouge and the two gites are set in 2.5 hectares of grounds with superb views over the surrounding countryside. All guests have access to the 10x5m outdoor pool, open from end of May to end of September.
Golf
Villeneuve sur Lot golf club is a championship golf course only 9km away. Chateuau de Vigeirs is 45km away

An ideal location for a peaceful holiday in the beautiful French countryside. Ideal accommodation for small groups or the entire property can be rented together for large family gatherings.

Bergerac airport 40km. Caen 740km. Car required.
Distances
Nearest village 4km. Monflanquin is only a short drive away and has a large supermarket, papershop and pharmacy in complex on the outskirts of the town. The town itself has cafes, bars and restaurants.

Booking notes
We require a £200 deposit to secure your booking with the balance paid 8 weeks prior to departure along with a security deposit of £150. This will be refunded 14 days after the departure date subject to any breakages being deducted from the amount. Wireless broadband is available to the entire site free of charge.
