The ground floor accommodation consists of: an open plan living, dining, kitchen area with stairs to the first floor. Bedroom 1 with double bed and lovely views of the front garden, bedroom 2 with a double sofa-bed and a bathroom with shower. The first floor has 2 further bedrooms, one with a double and one with twin single beds plus a toddler bed, a second living area with FreeSat TV and DVD-player and a bathroom with bath. Within the commune there is a 50 hectare recreational lake with lifeguards in July and August. As the owners have 2 young children, this property includes child friendly items such as a fixed stair-gate at the top of the stairs, a mobile stair-gate, high chair, travel cot and gate between the driveway and road.

We are 15km from the newly completed A28 motorway. The A88 motorway from Caen to the A28 is now open.
Trains: The TGV stops in Tours and takes just 1 hour from Paris!
Distances
La Chartre sur le Loir, considered to be one of the prettiest small towns in the area is 5km away. Tours, and the Loire valley, with all its chateaux and tourist attraction, is just 50km. Le Mans with the 24 hour race and motor history is 50km.

All essential amenities can be found in La Chartre sur le Loir including: supermarkets, bakers, banks, restaurants and pharmacies. There is also a hypermarket at Chateau du Loir en route from the A28 to la Perdrillière.
