Saint-Maxime Park is an exclusive development Provencal houses and apartments. Our apartment is in a quiet location with magical views of the garden and pine trees. The apartment is bright, airy and has French and patio doors leading directly onto the terrace and private garden from the lounge and bedroom. The garden has been beautifully landscaped, is sheltered and enjoys the sun all day. This is our second home, a place to unwind and relax in the sun with the wonderful smell of pine trees. A 20 minute walk takes you to the village, the port and the beaches. Regular crossings to Saint-Tropez and other marine excursions are available. Water taxi to St Tropez (8 minutes) is breathtaking. Miles and miles of golden beaches.Sainte-Maxime has a picturesque old town with pedestrianised cobbled streets, lively and characteristic markets of Provence, classy boutiques and a good variety of cafes and restaurants. There is a cycle track from the domain that takes you into the centre of the town.

St Maxime Park is an exclusive development of new Provencal houses and apartments. Our apartment is in a quiet location with magical views of the garden and pine trees. The apartment is bright and airy and has French doors leading directly onto the terrace and garden. The garden is landscaped, sheltered and very private enjoying the sun all day. Air-conditioning is provided.There are 2 pools, one for babies/toddlers and thye are exclusively for the owners in St Maxime Parc. Just outside the domain you will find a boulangerie, a few supermarkets and 5 minutes away a brand new cultural centre with library, cinemas and an Aqua Park. It is our second home, it is a place to relax and unwind and enjoy the many sights of the Cote d,Azur.
Accessibility
Gradual sloping hill to the apartment means that people who have trouble walking will struggle to walk to the apartment. However driving to the apartment is easy and you can park opposite the apartment. The apartment is accessed via external steps leading down to the entrance.
Outside
Beautiful landscaped private garden. Luxury patio furniture (seating for 4 people) and two sun loungers. The domain has two shared unheated swimming pools which are open May to the end of September. Every property on St Maxime Parc must pay management fees to keep the pools, changing area and all gardens in excellent condition. The domain will always look fabulous. Security is also on site with gated drive into the domain with a key code. Cycle path to the beach and village.
Coast/Beach
There is a beautiful port, situated in the centre of town, 2 minutes walk from the shops. Regular crossings to Sainte-Tropez and other marine excursions operate to the Islands of Hyeres, Port Cros, Portquerolles and the Island of Lerrins, with a possible stop at Cannes. Between Easter and September there is a boat trip and tourist train to Port-Grimaud and the old town of Grimaud.
Golf
The Sainte-Maxime golf club is located facing the gulf of Sainte-Tropez and lies 5km from the apartment. The 18 hole course stretches over 65 hectares and offers panoramic views of the bay of Saint-Tropez.
Travel
By Road: From Paris via Lyon to Aix-en-Provence by A8 take the Le Muy exit, then to Sainte-Maxime by the RD25.
By Train: TGV stops at Saint-Raphael , coach from there to Sainte-Maxime.
By Air: BMI Baby, Jet 2, Easyjet and Ryanair serve Nice and Toulon.
Distances
Nice airport 80km. Saint-Raphael 25km. 5 mins by car to Village, harbour and beaches or 20 minutes by foot.

We are a couple and we adore our second home on the Cote d'Azur. We go as often as we can and have been travelling to France for over 20 years. We found our dream apartment in this wonderful part of France.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
The apartment is within walking distance of the beach, harbour or restaurants or a 5 minute drive. St Maxime and the surrounding area has everything you could possibly need. The Aquapark is less than 5 Minutes away. The weather is fantastic even in the winter - we have been in January and sat on the beach. The garden is private and tranquil and great for BBQ's. We have a lot of guests that re book with us as they found it such a great base to explore and enjoy the surrounding area.
Unique benefits of the property
Its like home, it offers all the comforts of home but with great weather and just about everything you could need on your doorstep. You are 3 minutes walk from the boulangerie and its wonderful fresh french bread and pastries. The private garden is a great bonus as most apartments do not have this and at 80 metres square its a great space to enjoy the sun and fresh air.
